Switch To Mobile Mode
Switch to Mobile Mode changes the operating mode of a multi-mode capable device from Network to Mobile.
If you are unfamiliar with multi-mode endpoint functionality, see Understanding mobile mode and network mode before you continue with the Switch to Mobile command.
When switching from network mode to mobile mode, the device switches back to the variation of mobile mode for which the device was originally programmed. If the device has never been programmed for mobile mode then the device is automatically set to Mobile/HH; this is the default mode.
Caution: Completing a Switch to Network or Switch to Mobile operation results in interval data loss.
You must have Change Endpoint Personality permission to perform this function.
Switch to Mobile prompts you for inputs. Expand the device type you're working with for its input details. For descriptions of the results, see Result and success fields.
